The way you feel combined with the care and support you receive during your birth stays with you and is carried into the way you feel about yourself, how you parent, and relate to the world.
It is my mission to walk with families through whatever comes up during this time--helping you feel more informed, clear, safe, confident, powerful and equipped for what's to come.
