5 STEPS TO STRENGTHEN YOUR INTUITION

I get a lot of questions about how to strengthen one’s intuition and intuitive abilities. For anyone interested in strengthening their intuition, I’ve put together a few simple steps on how to go about doing just that:

1) HONESTY

Get really honest with yourself. In the (blunt) words of Caroline Myss, “Liars don’t heal”. We must be transparent and authentic, to know what we really want, and what is just “fluff”, fear or ego. From there, we can allow some space for our soul to be heard.

2) OBSERVE + WITNESS

Tune into the subtleties. The soul speaks in the most subtle ways. If you’re looking for fireworks and flashing signs, you’ll miss the messages that are coming to you all the time. The body is the barometer of the soul, what is it telling you?

3) CLARITY

Be clear on what you want and why, then 👇🏼

4) ASK

Ask for what you want. This step is often forgotten about. Ask yourself, or your team questions. You can do this in your head or out loud. Wait for the answers that will come in the form of gut feelings, a thought randomly popping in, goosebumps or a sign/symbol in the physical world.

5) TRUST

Trust what comes in. Witness, receive and observe it without judgement. The more you practice, the easier this becomes, and the stronger your intuition gets as a result.

I encourage everyone to develop a daily meditation practice to slow down, and come to a place of calm stillness. This is integral to being able to tune into the subtleties and learn to differentiate the soul + ego, your authentic self + false self, what’s based in love vs. what’s based in fear.

If you want to develop your intuition or feel called to offer healing services or readings to others, contact me to set up a consultation for the Alignment Program where I provide guidance + support as you embark on your personal + professional healing journey.

Hope these 5 steps are helpful!
